Our recent Annual Dinner was enjoyed by all. This year it was held at Boxmoor lodge, Hemel Hemstead (Many thanks to Mick Burns for arranging a lovely evening). As you can see from the picture above, there were a number of people in attendance and we were joined buy some new members this year as well. Welcome to Ian, Jack and Tom.

A number of other awards were handed out on the night. A special well done to Ron for getting the award for Top Scorer and Ron again for getting Best Improved Handicap 2008.

As we approach the end of the indoor season, we will be saying good bye to White Hill at the end of May for one more year and moving to Newlands Park once again. Keep an eye out on the competitions page in the coming months for the announcement of when the Annual Club Shoot will be. Remember the BBQ at the end (weather permitting!).

The last beginners course in January went very well and we are seeing some really good improvement from the new members. We will post the next course date on the web page when they have been confirmed. There is currently a waiting list for the next course and we will be in touch with those people soon.

Last but not least Geoff Baxter (Above) was presented with the archer of the year award.
